Victoria “Vee” LeBlanc
Yoga Instructor
RYT200
Vee LeBlanc is a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher. She went to her first yoga class as a senior in high school with a dear friend. It was a Kundalini class and after giggling through the whole class she took a break from yoga. Eventually she turned to an online practice off and on for a few years, where the goal was purely physical. After barely scratching the surface of yoga, in 2022 she began a more regular practice going once a week (with the same friend from high school). This gave her a better understanding of what yoga actually is, an entire way of life and not just an exercise class. Which brought her to getting her Reiki I and II certifications to further her spiritual practice. Her yoga practice blossomed from there as she watched her boyfriend graduate from his 200 hour training and begin teaching, which eventually inspired her to take her 200 hour in September of 2023. She hopes to bring a safe space for people to feel connected with mind, body, and soul. Allowing playfulness and compassion in each of her classes. She is a welcoming and grounding presence for all students.

In life, we always need balance, and Maria has found her second love through teaching yoga. She teaches a dynamic Ashtanga-inspired practice that focuses on major areas of the body while connecting the breath to the movement. Brittany Nassr
Yoga Instructor
RYT-200
Brittany discovered yoga at age 11 when yogic practices were incorporated into her martial arts training. Brittany continued to practice throughout college as a way to manage the stresses in a healthy way. For her 29th birthday, she became a member of a local studio as a way to connect with community in 2021 and to escape the stress of her corporate job. She signed up for an unlimited class deal and started by trying as many classes as she could until 5-6 days per week became her new favorite habit, and eventually a new way of life.
By the end of 2021, Brittany enrolled in an online Yoga Teacher Training with Online Yoga School, with the intention to deepen her personal practice. After just the first month, she resigned from her corporate job and made plans to start a new career teaching. Brittany started teaching yoga for donation classes immediately at her yoga studio, Breathing Room in New Haven, CT. She continued on to teach with other philanthropic organizations throughout the state.
Brittany moved to Lakeville in April of 2024 and began trying different yoga studios as a student to see which one fit best with her teaching style and found her home at Littleredyoga!

Deb Prisco
Healing Arts, Bodywork, & Assisted Stretching Specialist
My love for body movement evolved at an early age. I was fortunate to begin dancing at age 5 with a passion that steadily progressed to a 7 day discipline. Pilates became a staple for daily routine and eventually became the root to my future endeavors.
Flexibility may be natural for a few…but not for me. I struggled for years with flexibility as a dancer. I admired the dancers with long limbs and endless flexibility that gently flowed through movements. Not for me, I had to quickly figure out ways to gain flexibility for my body to achieve the level of performance that could accompany my fellow dancers. I began studying the work of Joseph Pilates and incorporated his philosophies and practices into my conditioning routine. Dramatic improvements in my flexibility began to happen. I began to love how I felt!
Years later I became a Certified Pilates Trainer through the PhysicalMind Institute and began training clients of all fitness levels and intentions. Some were for injury prevention, post surgery rehabilitation, athletes looking to enhance their performance, as well as people interested in improvement in overall wellness. Whatever the intent, I loved seeing people feel good about how their bodies felt.
Being an educator, I recognized that we are always learning and improving. I started practicing Ashtanga Yoga on a daily basis. The poses aligned beautifully with pilates. I was fortunate to study under a yoga and pilates mentor that was trained in Thailand and learned many Thai Bodywork techniques. I had so much more to offer….
Today….I love how I have incorporated so many blends of bodywork and healing arts to create a unique Assisted Stretching experience for people. Each person’s body has different intentions and limitations and I strive to design a program based upon one’s own individual needs.

My philosophy that you are never too old to try something new; lead me to enroll in a tap dancing class, complete several Tough Mudders, Spartan Course, Fun Runs and 10Ks. I also enjoy the creative arts such as creative journaling, reading, hiking, crafting, knitting, and drumming.
I became a Registered Nurse in 1986 as a results of my love of health and healing in service to others. I am blessed with a great marriage partner, family gatherings are an important source of support; as are intimate friendships. I am blessed that my life has crossed paths with many helpful guides who have aided in deepening my spiritual connection and finding my inner spark.
Practice of movement, challenges, quiet stillness to reflect on the moment with connection to breath and the internal Presence is what my yoga practice provides. The practice of pranayama and asanas weave a beautiful pattern to continued self-study and to unleash my playful side as well as my inner warrior goddess.
I aim to reignite people’s passion for play and movement, learning to accept changes by embracing them and moving forward. Adding healing elements of sound, alignment, overcoming negative self-limiting talk and embracing each moment of life as a joyful moment of connection, is what you can expect from my classes.
