When you create an account, register for a class, book a private lesson or appointment, join our email list, or sign a waiver, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and emergency contact information.

1.2 Payment Information

When you purchase a class package, membership, or private session, our scheduling and payment platform (currently Walla) processes your payment card information, billing address, and transaction history on our behalf. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.

1.3 Health and Wellness Information

Because our services include yoga instruction, private lessons, breathwork, and other wellness modalities, we may collect health-related information you choose to share with us, such as injuries, physical limitations, medical conditions, pregnancy status, or wellness goals. This information is collected through intake forms, waivers, or verbal disclosure and is used solely to help our instructors tailor instruction safely to your needs.

Health information is treated as sensitive data. It is shared only with the instructor(s) directly working with you and is not used for marketing, sold, or disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

1.4 Communications

We keep records of correspondence you have with us, including emails, phone calls, text messages, and messages sent through our scheduling platform, so that we can respond to your questions and maintain accurate service records.

1.5 Website and Usage Information

When you visit littleredyoga.com, we (and service providers such as our website host and analytics tools) may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, to help us understand site usage and maintain security. Our site may also use cookies for basic functionality, as described further below.

How you opt in: You opt in to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent box during online registration or account creation on our scheduling platform (Mindbody), by providing your phone number and verbal or written consent on our in-studio intake form, or by texting a designated keyword to our studio number. Opting in to class reminders is separate from opting in to promotional marketing texts, and you may choose one, both, or neither.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP.

No mobile information, including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is shared only with service providers who help us deliver text messaging services, and only as necessary to provide that service.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including health information, from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Payment card data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor and is not stored on our own systems.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With trusted vendors who support our operations, such as our scheduling and payment platform (Walla), website hosting provider, and email/text communication tools — solely to help us deliver our services to you.
