Spiritual Name – Devi Taj Kaur

Diana Chaffalo is a spirited yogini, healer, and lifelong learner with over 25 years of yoga and meditation experience. What began as a personal journey has blossomed into Littleredyoga, founded in 2020 as a welcoming online community and now a warm, light-filled studio in Lakeville, MA where students gather to move, breathe, and grow.

Her teaching is rooted in the traditions of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini Yoga, blending breath, movement, and philosophy to inspire growth and transformation. She also draws on complementary wisdom traditions, including Enneagram, Lunar Wisdom, energy healing, vibrational sound techniques, and Shamanic Healing, to deepen her students’ connection to self and spirit.

Diana leads Yoga Teacher Trainings, offers personalized one-on-one sessions, and mentors students and teachers, all while maintaining her own devoted daily practice. Her approach balances safety with exploration, encouraging students to challenge themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually. Every session is grounded in authentic yogic principles, guiding students toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and connection both on and off the mat.

Meeting Diana isn’t just taking a yoga class, it’s stepping into a supportive, inspiring space where transformation is not only possible, it’s inevitable.

Sat Nam, friends!

Jen Bowie

Yoga Instructor
CYT-200

Jennifer Bowie is a dedicated Yogi not only with a passion for Yoga, but tremendous gratitude for what it has brought to her life.  She is YTT200 Certified and a certified Reiki practitioner through Reiki II.  Her personal practice spans casually over many years, and she has not met a Yoga style that she doesn’t like.  Some of her personal favorites, however, include Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, Yin, 26×2, Energy Medicine and Power Yoga.  Over the past three years, she found her Yoga home at Little Red Yoga, and there finally recognized Yoga as a calling.  During her journey through an extraordinarily comprehensive YTT200 at LRY, she found an even more profound love for something that she had believed she was already fully embracing.  “Just when you think you know how much yoga has to offer, congratulations, you have officially scratched the surface”!  Whether your connection is initially physical, mental, spiritual or all the above, Jennifer is confident that there is something for everyone.  She has a thirst for knowledge and finds Yoga’s expansive opportunities to learn and grow, with endless paths to follow, deeply motivating.

Jennifer knew at a very young age that she wanted to contribute, and did so by serving in the United States military.  In that spirit of service, she is honored and grateful to have the opportunity to continue to contribute as she guides students to a happier and healthier place through Yoga.  Outside of the studio, Jennifer is an avid hiker, animal and nature enthusiast, loves stand-up paddleboarding, snowshoeing, mountain biking, boating, art, good food and most importantly laughter!  To that effect,  she feels truly blessed to have wonderful people in her life who she tries to spend as much time with as possible.  Topping that list are her two “SONshines”.

LIVE, LOVE, LEARN, YOGA!

Austin Couto

Healer, Yoga Instructor, & Reiki Teacher
Reiki Master/Teacher, CYT200

Austin caught glimpses of the worlds of Yoga, Meditation, and Energy Work during his late-teen years and felt a draw to it, but did little exploration. A few years later a growing passion for rock climbing brought him back to the mat for the physical benefits, but the mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits kept him there. He has since developed a deep interest in the Mind/Body connection and understanding the energy behind the physical world, as well as a deep love for the yoga community. At Little Red Yoga, he hopes to share his unique blend of modalities, insights, and experiences with the world!

Austin has taken three Reiki certifications with Beth McLacklan and Chris Michaud formerly of Ebb and Flow Wellness in Onset, several sound healing and channeling certifications with Paul Zoino of Sound Healing Cape Cod in Harwich, and Whitman Wellness Center’s 200YTT program with Traci Lapanna of Stella Maris Yoga and Wellness in Wareham. Deb Prisco

Healing Arts, Bodywork, & Assisted Stretching Specialist

My love for body movement evolved at an early age.  I was fortunate to begin dancing at age 5 with a passion that steadily progressed to a 7 day discipline.  Pilates became a staple for daily routine and eventually became the root to my future endeavors.

Flexibility may be natural for a few…but not for me.  I struggled for years with flexibility as a dancer.  I admired the dancers with long limbs and endless flexibility that gently flowed through movements.  Not for me, I had to quickly figure out ways to gain flexibility for my body to achieve the level of performance that could accompany my fellow dancers.  I began studying the work of Joseph Pilates and incorporated his philosophies and practices into my conditioning routine.  Dramatic improvements in my flexibility began to happen.  I began to love how I felt!

Years later I became a Certified Pilates Trainer through the PhysicalMind Institute and began training clients of all fitness levels and intentions.  Some were for injury prevention, post surgery rehabilitation, athletes looking to enhance their performance, as well as people interested in improvement in overall wellness.  Whatever the intent, I loved seeing people feel good about how their bodies felt.

Being an educator, I recognized that we are always learning and improving.  I started practicing Ashtanga Yoga on a daily basis.  The poses aligned beautifully with pilates.  I was fortunate to study under a yoga and pilates mentor that was trained in Thailand and learned many Thai Bodywork techniques.  I had so much more to offer….

Today….I love how I have incorporated so many blends of bodywork and healing arts to create a unique Assisted Stretching experience for people.   Each person’s body has different intentions and limitations and I strive to design a program based upon one’s own individual needs.

Tammy White

Yoga Instructor
CYT200

Hi, I’m Tammy. My yoga journey began in late 2022 while searching for a practice that was physically, emotionally, and spiritually fulfilling. Yoga became that anchor, offering the holistic healing and space for reflection I was seeking.

In December 2025, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Little Red Yoga in Lakeville, MA. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where every student feels comfortable arriving exactly as they are.

I offer a unique class experience that goes beyond physical movement to explore the rich history and philosophy of the practice. Each session includes 10–15 minutes dedicated to the subtleties of alignment, the original Sanskrit names of poses, and foundational yoga philosophies. This immersive approach is designed to connect your mind and body to ancient wisdom, enriching every movement with deeper understanding.

Off the mat, I enjoy writing poetry, nature photography, and traveling. I look forward to sharing the heart of yoga with you.

Peace, Love, and Yoga,
Tammy
